Management, Development and improvement of the quality system;
Improvement of Fabrication & Construction quality system and procedures;
QA/QC checking at job sites and reporting to management;
Liaising with customer's auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer’s specification;
Establishment of adequate quality assurance standards;
Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable gather and organize statistical quality data;
Report on results of quality activities.

3+ years experience in soil and concrete works inspection;
In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
Proficient in conducting inspections and tests using various measurement tools and equipment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using statistical software and tools;
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality control;
Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
