- You will oversee and successfully deliver complex consulting projects, ensuring top-notch technical quality and excellent client service. You will build and maintain valuable relationships both within the company and with clients, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- You will manage client engagements daily, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, identify and address risks, and drive performance improvements. You will also help generate new business opportunities and expand our client network in the region.
- You will lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning environment and mentoring junior team members. You will manage project economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with our Tax Quality guidelines.
Xüsusi tələblər
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, business, finance, law, taxation, or related fields with strong academic credentials.
- An MBA, LLM, or other advanced degrees and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent are preferred.
- Over 5 years of strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Tax, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
- A proven track record in managerial, organizational, and project management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong professional writing and analytical skills.
- Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work in different teams.
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
