- Identify and evaluate payment providers, billing infrastructure, and pricing strategies used by competitors.
Xüsusi tələblər
- 2+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a comparable role involving product and user behavior analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to perform structured competitive research and technical analysis of digital products.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and document research findings.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other digital-first product environments.
