- Develop advanced signal processing algorithms using acoustic sensor data
- Apply conventional statistical methods and modern machine learning techniques for high-dimensional, multi-channel signal analysis.
- Build deep learning models (CNN, RNN, transformers, etc) for signal denoising, event detection, and classification.
- Design robust preprocessing pipelines including filtering, feature extraction, time–frequency transformations (e.g., FFT, wavelets).
- Integrate mathematical understanding of wave propagation and PDEs into signal modeling approaches.
- Use Python extensively for data analysis, model development, and integration with physical simulation outputs.
- Deploy data pipelines and models using cloud computing environments and Ubuntu-based systems.
- Collaborate with physicists, hardware developers, and engineers to align signal processing logic with sensor behavior and field requirements.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Proven experience in time-series signal processing and multivariate statistical analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning, especially for sensor or time-series applications.
- Deep understanding of mathematics, including statistics, linear algebra, PDEs, and numerical methods.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and working in Ubuntu/Linux environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary R&D environment.
