You will lead a Global Team of Category and Strategic Sourcing Managers
You will develop, implement and drive Category Strategy
Advance the strategic value of Site Products and Logistics by continuously benchmarking and implementing best in class practices
Engage with Business Area, Market Area and Supply to develop strategies that deliver agreed upon financial and operational objectives
Develop competencies that understand Site Product and Logistics industry trends
Drive process and policy simplification, governance and compliance

Education: BSC and MBA or equivalent
Min years of experience: 15 Years of which 5 years in Leadership Role
Preferably domain category knowledge & experience: Site Products and Logistics or Hardware
Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
Proven ability to drive Should Cost models with suppliers and act as a catalyst towards stakeholders.
Demonstrate industry intelligence including understanding of industry structure, potential supply base globally as well as supply base of competition
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Strong negotiations skills
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive objective decision making
Ability to lead global diverse teams
