Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the organic social media strategy across all Ruby Labs brands and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat), with a direct focus on driving organic growth and product trials.
Campaign Ideation: Conceptualise and launch viral content campaigns, including giveaways, challenges, collaborations, and community-driven initiatives.
Content Calendar Management: Create and manage monthly content calendars for each brand, ensuring strategic alignment, platform-specific optimisation, and timely delivery.
Performance Growth: Grow our follower base and engagement while improving social media’s contribution to total product sign-ups and trials. Regularly analyse performance and make data-informed decisions to improve results.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers to guide content production and ensure the highest quality output aligned with each platform's best practices.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics weekly and monthly. Use data to inform future content and optimise performance.
Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest platform trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes. Be proactive in suggesting new ideas and testing new platforms or features.
Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with product teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across channels.
