- Create engaging written and visual content for digital channels (website, social media, newsletters, presentations).
- Develop product brochures, data sheets, case studies, and other sales support materials.
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans across channels including digital, social media, print and events.
- Maintain and update company website and social media platforms with fresh, targeted content.
- Support internal communications initiatives, including employee newsletters, executive messaging, and company announcements.
- Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all content.
Market Research
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, new sales channels
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve product positioning, customer targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Track performance metrics for campaigns (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare detailed reports.
- Compile and present insights to support campaign planning and product positioning.
Event Promotion
- Content and concept development for trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
- Develop event-related materials (banners, giveaways, presentations).

- Coordinate design of point-of-sale (POS) materials, including displays, signage, and branded merchandise.

- Provide tailored content and tools to support lead generation and product promotion.
Vendor Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with and manage vendors for printing, promotional materials, event services, and design.
- Negotiate pricing and timelines to meet quality, brand, and budget standards.
Marketing Plan Execution
- Assist in executing quarterly and annual marketing plans in line with business goals.
- Support campaign rollout across online and offline channels.
Product Promotion
- Contribute to product launch planning and execution, including messaging and marketing asset creation.
- Help develop promotional strategies that highlight product benefits to target audiences.
Reporting & Documentation
- Track and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Prepare summaries and visual reports for internal stakeholders on completed tasks, event outcomes, and content impact.
Brand Awareness (Awards)
- Support initiatives that position the company or its products/services for local and international award nominations.
- Identify relevant industry awards and manage the full lifecycle of the nomination process—including content preparation, coordination with stakeholders, and submission.
- Collaborate with leadership and departments to gather required data, achievements, and success stories for compelling submissions.
- Maintain an annual calendar of awards and recognition opportunities, aligned with the marketing and PR strategy.
