• Plan and execute pipeline pre-commissioning activities for offshore/onshore projects.
• Review project specifications, procedures, method statements, and engineering documents.
• Coordinate activities related to cleaning, gauging, flooding, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, nitrogen purging, and preservation.
• Prepare pre-commissioning procedures, work packs, technical reports, and test documentation.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor subcontractors and vendor activities during site execution.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with HSE policies and international standards.
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during pre-commissioning operations.
• Maintain project schedules and provide progress updates to management.
• Ensure proper calibration and certification of testing equipment and tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline pre-commissioning activities within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience in hydrotesting, pigging, flushing, dewatering, drying, and nitrogen purging.
• Offshore project experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards related to pipeline commissioning.
• Good understanding of HSE practices and offshore safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with offshore pipelines, subsea systems, and EPC projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning software and reporting systems.
• Valid offshore certifications such as BOSIET/HUET and OGUK Medical are an advantage.
