  • Manage the HR Department’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
  • Create and publish daily posts in English (and in Az/Ru where needed).
  • Ensure content is engaging, consistent with brand tone, and error-free.
  • Work with texts, edits, and design.
  • Upload stories, posts, and reels.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English (written) required.
  • Experience in social media content management (Instagram/LinkedIn/internal platforms) is an advantage.
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with daily content deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic content/visual formats and content planning.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with content calendars and basic design tools (Canva, etc.).
  • Copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
