Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient service / delivery to destination point
Oversee customs clearance and international shipping documentation in compliance with import/export regulations
Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to synchronize logistics with operational needs
Monitor deadlines, and obligations to ensure fulfillment by all parties as per PO / Contract
Implement and maintain logistics procedures, including packaging, labeling, and tracking , if applicable
Resolve logistics issues such as delivery delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies
Ensure all required documentation is complete for payment processing and submit it to the accounting department
Manage and maintain accurate logistics records
Other duties assigned by Management

Bachelor’s degree + any certifications are a plus;
4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory control;
Familiarity with international trade, customs procedures, and Incoterms;
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani languages is required
