Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.

Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or bar environment preferred
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
