Preparing weekly Cashflow reporting, to ensure adequate funds in place
Preparing and completing the weekly payments for various entities for Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan
Identifying the VAT invoices for payment and work with the Tax Accountant to ensure that they are paid.
Creating payment orders in the relevant internet banking platforms or Trax payment tool and work with the approvers to ensure timely release
Working with the Accenture team on completion of payment proposals
Liaising with the banks to resolve any issues / queries
Working with the business / vendors to supply any proof of payments if requested
Monthly bank reconciliation
Preparation of Customs, VAT & WHT payments in various EPR systems and banking platforms

Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Business
Have fluent Azerbaijani, intermediate English and Russian
Be proficient in MS Office
Have internships or experience in accounting
