Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum 15+ years of experience in piping engineering, preferably within oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors
Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role, with demonstrated capability in managing complex projects
Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., ASME, API, ISO)
Demonstrated experience in leading design reviews and technical workshops (HAZOP, HAZID, Constructability, etc.)
Extensive experience in feasibility studies, concept development, and detailed engineering design
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills
Experience in business development activities and client relationship management is highly desirable
Ability to drive innovation and apply emerging technologies in engineering solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, non-routine challenges
Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the organization at industry forums and client engagements
Proven commitment to HSSE standards and safe design practices
