Lead and mentor the production surveillance team, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.
Oversee daily production monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities for all wells and facilities.
Review and validate well performance diagnostics (rate-transient analysis, decline analysis, nodal analysis).
Ensure early detection of production losses and coordination of corrective actions with operations teams.
Drive production optimization initiatives, including artificial lift improvements, flow assurance mitigation, and debottlenecking.
Support and audit well integrity compliance in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Lead daily/weekly production review meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
Evaluate well intervention opportunities and contribute to annual intervention plans (cleanouts, stimulations, ESP optimization, gas lift tuning).
Develop and maintain production surveillance dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
Coordinate with relevant teams to support integrated field development objectives.
Ensure accurate allocation, data quality, and validation of production measurement systems.
Contribute to annual production forecasting, budget planning, and reserves evaluation inputs.

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas production engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role.
Strong expertise in well performance diagnostics, artificial lift systems, and production optimization methodologies.
Solid understanding of well integrity, flow assurance, and surface/subsurface production systems.
Proficiency in production engineering software (PROSPER, GAP, IPM Suite, Avocet, OFM, Spotfire, etc.).
Experience in leading technical teams and managing multi-disciplinary workflows.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with field teams, operations, and management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced operational environments.
