Lead and manage quality control systems in mechanical manufacturing processes
Ensure produced parts comply with technical drawings, standards, and tolerance requirements
Organize inspection processes for incoming materials, semi-finished, and finished products
Conduct root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective/preventive actions
Monitor calibration and maintenance of measuring and inspection equipment
Prepare daily and monthly quality performance reports
Lead internal audit preparation and support audit activities
Collaborate closely with production, engineering, warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues efficiently
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System
Manage team schedules, inspection plans, and workload balancing for operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Control or related roles within a manufacturing environment
At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of QC principles, inspection methods, and industry standards
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection equipment
Good command of English (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industrial accreditations
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma, and 5S certifications are considered an advantage
