The Spa Sales and Reservation Agent will manage reservations, coordinate spa services, and provide outstanding customer service to all guests. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, promoting spa packages, and engaging with guests to ensure a seamless experience. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baku, requiring the candidate to interact professionally with guests and staff to maintain the hotel’s high standard of service.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in handling Reservations
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing schedules and guest interactions
• Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani; additional language skills are an asset
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or spa services is an advantage
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with reservation systems
