Contributing to curriculum and program development, and accreditation of the degree programs;
Teaching graduate courses in Azerbaijani and English languages;
Publishing in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences;
Collaborating with fellow faculty members;
Providing students with consistent and effective support and guidance, including thesis and capstone project supervision;
Fulfilling the workload (a 60/30/10 split between teaching, research, and service), which includes advising students, curriculum development, and serving on School and/or university committees;
Delivering a teaching load of 5/5 with traditional, hybrid and online course delivery modes depending on program needs;
Spending up to two months per academic year as a full- time faculty at ADA Gazax Center to teach and mentor students;
Participating in the life of the university and the community.

PhD or EdD in Education, Learning Sciences, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field from an accredited institution by the start of employment;
Experience designing and teaching courses in effective teaching and learning, or related fields.
Demonstrate a strong potential for high quality teaching and research;
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Azerbaijani
Strong commitment to serving university and society;
