- Organize the monitoring and maintenance of electronic equipment in accordance with drilling equipment operating procedures, as well as safety and technical requirements;
- Implement measures to ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of electronic equipment supporting drilling activities and other technological processes;
- Ensure timely planning and execution of preventive maintenance and repair of electronic equipment of the drilling rig (ZJ-70) in line with technical requirements;
- Define the sequence of operations and operating modes of electronic equipment based on the priority of ongoing processes at the drilling site;
- Identify faults and implement corrective actions to eliminate them;
- Organize the replacement and calibration of failed electronic modules;
- Ensure the selection of proper operating modes for control panel units of drilling pumps, hoisting systems (winches), and the rotary unit;
- Detect, troubleshoot, and restore operational modes of these units within short technological timeframes;
- Carry out all activities related to offshore PLC systems;
- Select operating modes for electrical panels and perform periodic diagnostics;
- Adjust and maintain technical control panels, drilling pump panels, and the driller’s control panel, identifying and resolving any malfunctions;
- Enhance the technical knowledge of personnel considering the uniqueness and complexity of offshore electronic equipment, regularly assess their competency levels, and support the development of electronics specialists;
- Assist in preparing requisitions for electronic equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation of the rig.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline;
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in the installation and maintenance of electronics and control systems in onshore or offshore oil and gas operations;
- Experience working with the Drilling Tools Control Room (ZJ-70) and its control systems;
- Proficiency in drilling rig control software and diagnostics;
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering principles;
- Experience in drilling process automation and troubleshooting.
