Subcontracts Specialist

Oversee procurement activities for critical and complex goods and services across assigned projects
Manage vendors: sourcing, RFQs/ITTs, negotiations, and performance monitoring
Issue and administer subcontracts and purchase orders
Run weekly procurement meetings and follow up with suppliers to ensure progress
Track documentation, invoices, delivery milestones, and close‑out activities
Resolve supply‑chain issues and ensure best value and minimal risk
Support tendering and category teams to build cross-functional capability
Identify improvements and deliver smarter, more efficient procurement processes

Demonstrable experience or working knowledge of supply chain management in a relevant or transferable role and industry, EPCI experience is essential
Good communication skills and ability to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and supplier management
Detail‑focused, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in MS Office; SAP / SAP Ariba experience welcomed
CIPS or equivalent qualification welcomed
Motivated, solutions-driven mindset committed to continuous improvement
Demonstrable experience working with shifting deadlines, collaborative, and comfortable working in a busy global environment
