QC inspector (MACHINING DIVISION)

Visual and dimensional inspection of machined parts, measuring product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
Ability to use measuring tools like gauges, micrometers, calipers etc.
Monitoring of production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
Ensuring products meet Customer requirements within acceptance criteria.
Reading and deep understanding of drawings, blueprints of mechanical parts.
Communication the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
Writing reports and documenting deficiencies and errors of products, rejection of products and materials that fail to meet specified requirements.
Raising NCR and completing NCR and Corrective Action Request.
Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports.
Performing regular quality control assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

Good written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, micrometers, calipers and computers
Reading and deep understanding capabilities of drawings of mechanical parts
Documentation and reporting skills • Teamwork and collaboration
Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
