  • Support to Develop regional plans related to RTM, Master Data Accuracy and Enhancing Salesforce Effectiveness KPIs in line with Annual Commercial strategies; Devise Alternate RTM Solutions as per the market need & Implementation of Best practices of industry by market visits frequently
  • Develop FSE & Preseller Visit Frequency as per RTM Fundamentals. Monitoring of Sales Hierarchy to optimize span of control & sales routes throughout the year; Modify the route structure as per defined RTM principles (in accordance with Segmentation, Channel and Sub channel specifications) and redesign the routes thru territory teams by using digital technology program and experience by visiting distributors in their relevant areas regularly
  • Develop & Discuss plans to improve SFE KPIs for the assigned geography with the team to unleash full potential of salesforce by providing them right capabilities, tools & Technology ; SFE Target setting, Lead SFE & Route Productivity through regular reporting; Tail analysis to identify bottom performers. Analyze Preseller & Sales Supervisor “Planned visit” and "Strike Rate” reports to guide the sales team to generate preventive actions for sales force ineffectiveness, to determine the opportunities and correct the missing points that are threat for SFE and effective RTM planning.
  • Develop benefit and cost analysis modeling prior to implementing any Route to Market Strategy for efficient Sales Operations
  • Evaluate Business Opportunity Areas by ensuring the execution of Every Outlet Survey in his assigned sales center; Identify outlet universe to identify the true potential and lead the horizontal expansion to improve Numeric Penetration; Monitor the progress of EOS and reinforce low performers; Implement Roadmap for Primary & Secondary RTM structure based on available opportunity identified by EOS aligned with HQ RTM

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Ensure that customer data on the Preseller’s route is kept up-to-date. Control customer data by taking regular reports, coordinate these controls with the sales team (Sales Supervisor/ ASM / SM), supervise the data entry staff to correct the updated data and control the correction periodically.
  • After developing right # of Sales Routes required for operations, optimize & track delivery efficiency by increasing the use of technology to optimize delivery trucks & shipment as well. Provide Training support to A Type Distributors & their relevent staff for the installation and utilization of digital technology programe.
  • Targeted coaching thru on job / online / classroom sessions by performing Tail analysis and identifying the presellers/SDs with high margin of improvement by visiting impacted Salespersons in market
