High level of safety awareness and follow all work place safety & hygiene policy such as ( PPE , Fire fight and first responding for emergencies;
Flexible attending schedule based on the operation demand for weekend & special event days;
Analyze, troubleshoot, install, adjust and replace kitchen & laundry equipment;
Performs major and/or minor repair, as well preventative and corrective maintenance of kitchen & laundry equipment;
Repair and maintenance, provide technical attention to all laundry & kitchen equipment;

Ensure routine cleaning of all laundry & kitchen equipment;
Ensure daily cleaning for dryer lint collection container with laundry attendant;
Check on water, oil level , steam pressure , …. for equipment operation;
Cooperate and inform Engineering coordinator on purchase of parts;
Order and maintain inventory of parts as needed;
Communicate with the equipment manufacturing and parts suppliers for obtaining the technical guidance & original parts;
