  • Preparing and analyzing monthly Balance Sheet, P&L current month report, check accounts for inconsistencies
  • Forecast and budget processes
  • Preparing monthly projects review files for submitting to management, ensure the validity and correctness of the project costs
  • Review, analyze and control cost and revenue 
  • Assist in auditing procedures to supply the necessary information and supporting documents with detailed descriptions and comments to external and internal auditors.
  • Cash projection (when required)
  • Processes payroll monthly including wage and overtime payments, incentives and bonuses calculations and recording of payroll deductions, and requests for paycheck advances.
  • Perform other month-end activities in accordance established procedures and rules (preparing and analyzing cash float reports, Advances reports, FX adjustment files, check bank reconciliation reports, Payable and Sales report with comments, receivable report
  • Control over PL and SC advances paid to suppliers and its timely recovery; Control of Costing and Allocation process of PL invoices 
  • Reviewing of Monthly Management Reports, requesting clarification for unclear points and presenting FRP to Management
  • Risk management process 
  • Execution of any request from direct management

Xüsusi tələblər

  • A minimum of 5-year experience in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of financial management and accounting
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Problem solving
