  • Carry out full research on specific HR/payroll matters;
  • Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts, etc. for various clients;
  • Prepare HR/Payroll-related reports as needed;
  • Deal with routine client requests;
  • Assist the team with the preparation of monthly HR/payroll news;
  • Be curious and try new things.
  • Learn about how PwC works as a business and adds value to clients.
  • Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information.
  • Support research, analysis, and problem-solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Produce high-quality work that adheres to the relevant professional standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with technical developments in the area of specialism.
  • Handle, manipulate, and analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - verbally and in materials produced.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • A graduate degree with a major in Economics or Law;
  • A degree from an international university would be an advantage;
  • Basic knowledge of the Labour legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic and general principles of employment taxation;
  • Strong command of spoken and written Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;
  • Excellent business writing skills in all three required languages;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills;
  • Willingness to undertake new and challenging tasks;
  • Strong communication, team working skills, and motivation for personal development.
