Carry out sales of the company's main products (wheat, barley, corn, clover, sugar beet, etc.), seed products, and fertilizers/medicines to industrial sectors, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and farmers.
Carry out sales of by-products.
Create, analyze, and learn from customer databases. Research potential new sales channels and customers
Establish close relationships with local buyers for the development of the business.
Contacts with new and existing customers through regular visits, phone calls, and emails. Meet with representatives of companies and customers to establish new contacts.
Ensure the technical aspects of the sales process are fulfilled.
Regularly research the customer and competitor market. Conduct competitive analysis on existing market offers; provide other relevant information for the formulation of market trends, prices/business models, sales and operation methods, and marketing strategies.
Participate in the preparation process of the annual sales plan for seed and fertilizer/medicine products.
Participate in the organization of advertising and PR activities for all types of products offered by the company in the market.
Directly present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports to line manager
Prepare and present regular reports on achieved goals and completed tasks.
Carry out other tasks assigned by management.
Sales Specialist conduct research, make calls and send emails, update records, attend meetings, and help maintain client relationships, among other tasks.

Higher education in economics, marketing or business administration. Education in business administration is desirable.
1 year work experience in a production facility or trading company is desirable.
Candidates should also possess excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani language, with preference given to those who are fluent in English and Russian. The ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a key requirement of this position.
Candidate should have a high level of knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), with experience in working with 1C program being an advantage.
