Supervise a team of service technicians and oversee their work, ensuring it is performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services to clients.
Review customer requirements and specifications to ensure that services provided meet or exceed their expectations.
Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians as needed to help troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare service reports and provide timely and accurate feedback to management on service performance and customer feedback.
Maintain records of equipment and materials used and ensure that they are properly documented and accounted for.
Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are being followed and that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and track service personnel performance and provide feedback to help them develop and improve their skills.
Assist in the development and implementation of new service procedures, as needed.
Continuously monitor and evaluate service processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Conduct regular safety meetings with the service team to promote safety awareness and reduce the risk of accidents.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience (essential).
Strong technical background in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems used in the oil and gas industry or other automated environments (essential).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (desirable).
Proven track record of implementing best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs (essential).
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders (essential).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues (essential).
Knowledge of Blow Out Preventers & Pressure Control Equipment (desirable).
Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook) (essential).
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards (essential).
Proficient in both written and spoken English (essential).
