  • Reviewing hiring trends within the industry to determine best practices for attracting talents;
  • Develop a sustainable Talent Acquisition and Hiring plans and strategies;
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast;
  • Find bottlenecks in the Recruiting process;
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience;
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention;
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations;
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes;
  • Use respective Recruitment and Applicant Tracking Software to maximize effectiveness of Recruitment process and evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding;
  • Use various sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles;
  • Create and present KPI Reports;
  • Lead the process of Graduate Recruitment, Internship;
  • Assist with internal hiring efforts, which includes assessing existing employees within the organization for available roles;
  • ·  Develop effective Recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board and talent planning;
  • Design, plan and execute Employer Branding activities;
  • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the Talent Acquisition & Planning team

Xüsusi tələblər

  •  Has min 5 years of experience in the field of HR Talent Acquisition/Workforce Planning/Recruitment/Business Partnering
  • Degree or Masters in any discipline, Human Resources Management is preferred;
  • Demonstrates understanding of Talent Acquisition & Planning principles and strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle of Recruiting and Employer Branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different sourcing and selection methods 
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, other soft programs used to track Recruitment KPIs  
  •  Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Leadership skills, ability to motivate others
  • Effective organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to multitask
  • Initiative and enthusiastic approach
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Certificates (PHRi/SPHRi, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are desirable
  • Language Skills: Azerbaijani – Fluent; English – professional proficiency, Russian – advantage
