Vakansiyanın təsviri

  • Staff booking, checking booking to budgets, searching for available staff upon managers’ requests;
  • Organization of internal meetings (preparation of agenda based on managers requests, printing docs, preparing minutes, etc);
  • Preparation of relevant forms for audit opinion signing, printing, binding, filing of KPMG copies;
  • Monitoring of paper file archiving and retention status;
  • Assist in proposal and tender processes, e.g. collection of required documents, binding and sending proposals, etc;
  • To enhance personal professional development;

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor degree (Students/Fresh graduates)
  • Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both oral and written);
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point);
  • Telephone and business etiquette competency;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different categories of staff;
  • Team player;
  • Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Result-oriented and proactive in problem solving;
  • Stress-resistance.
