- Supporting the overall vision and mission of the company
- Assisting supervisor to monitor and analyze KPIs and reporting to management
- Consultative Assistance during the KPI setting period (include functional & individual KPIs)
- Assisting supervisor to monitor realization and trigger to take actions for the KPIs behind target
- Assisting supervisor to review the performance from a strategy execution standpoint and revisiting strategic moves when necessary
- Assisting the management with supervisor on developing performance targets for BUs and CC functions and helping alignment on the targets
- Assisting supervisor to develop business insights to help establish performance targets for BUs
- Assisting supervisor to provide analysis to support management in decision making
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management or Human Resource;
- Master’s Degree in related or any technical field is preferred
- Internal Auditing experience is desired
- Sound knowledge on KPI and KOPs processes
- Minimum experience in the role of KPI Specialist or KPI Ambassador
- Experience in IT industry is an advantage
- Experience with proactive risk assessment using Failure Modes as a part of risk management program
- Knowledge in performance improvement tools such as fishbone diagram & flow mapping to facilitate process improvement
- Change Management, Presentation, Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and software such as MS Office (mandatory)
- Knowledge of language: English (Advanced)
