  • Oversee engagement management' including managing the budget' resourcing strategy' billing and collections' and progress against the plan' timeline' and milestones
  • Execute complex audit procedures and lead teams, or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement
  • Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and confirm that work delivered to clients is a high quality
  • Allocating work in accordance with audit qualification levels to ensure the due performance of an engagement
  • Anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues, as appropriate
  • In the event of audit-related issues, making suggestions to resolve them in accordance with Baker Tilly requirements

  • Completed any of the professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CFA)
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in professional services environment
  • Experience in supervising, planning, execution and reporting on audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS
  • Experience in financial sector is an advantage.
