To provide answers to customers requests concerning company’s product and services and carry of obligations properly
To accept the shipments from customers, to use special DHL Express applications and programms to create airwaybills and other transport documents as per .company’s internal operational instructions and rules
To inspect the shipments content and assist with packaging to customers in accordance with safety policy and DHL Express global operational standards
To inform customers about optional services and propose to customers such services.
To inform customers regarding tariffs and transit time correctly
To track shipments and provide to customers current status information
To try to solve customers issues (claims) without management if possible
To inform management as soon as possible, if there is written claims
To follow the work schedule strictly in accordance with customers department rules
To undertake oral and written instruction of the department management, linked with carry of position obligations with providing reports accordingly
Compliance with company’s discipline, internal labor regulations, labor protection, safety and fire safety requirements
To take care the Employer’s property and equipment as well as the other employees equipment and property
From Monday till Friday 09:00 a.m. – 18.00 p.m. - On Saturday - from 09:00 a.m. till 15.00 p.m.
Meal time: 13:00-14:00
