- Piping Engineer is responsible to follow the project from Design stage upon Handover to ensure that Piping part is executed as per verified Design. This scope includes Preservation, Construction, Commissioning and HSE aspects of the Projects.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Check BOQ and design drawings
- Recommend optimizing scope whereas possible
- Daily site inspections to follow the progress and compliance
- Identify, elevate issues and report back to the Project Manager, raise NCRs when relevant
- Weekly Report on jobs done
- Assist Project Manager whereas relevant
- Ensure HSSE compliance on site, report any issues
- Attend in the weekly meetings with contractor
- Arrange and attend in the meetings with Piping Department of the contractor
- Support Contractor whereas possible
- Preservation checks
- Attend during the handover process
- Awareness of Local Standards for Piping scope
- Understanding Preservation Requirements for the materials
- Solid experience on Proper Documentation requirement for the Projects
- HSE knowledge
- Previous experience on Project Handover to Operations
- General understanding on finance aspects of the projects
- Site Construction Experience
- Previous experience on irrigation projects is a plus
- Mechanical Engineer experience is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Work experience: 5+ years of Piping Engineer experience
