Vakansiyanın təsviri
- HSE specialist is responsible to follow the project from Design stage upon Handover to ensure that HSE rules are captured within the execution contract and followed on site respectively.

- Ensure execution contract complies with HSE requirement
- Check and verify adherence to Local Project HSE requirements throughout project
- Regular site inspections to ensure HSE compliance is in place
- Provide site induction to Agro Dairy employees, contractors and guests
- Ensure temporary base is in compliance with basic HSE standards
- Identify, elevate issues and report back to the Project Manager
- Weekly Report on jobs done (Safety Pyramide report)
- Assist Project Manager whereas relevant
- Attend in the weekly meetings with contractor
- Arrange offline meeting with contractor(s) Site HSE representatives on a regular basis
- Support Contractor whereas possible
- Awareness of Local HSE Regulations for projects
- Solid experience on Proper Documentation requirement for the Projects
- Previous experience on Project Handover to Operations
- General understanding on finance aspects of the projects
- Site Construction Experience
- Proven Certificate from MES
- Previous experience on irrigation projects is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Engineering background is a plus
- Work experience: 3+ years of HSE Specialist experience
- Computer skills: Requires strong computer skills to work with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Language skills: Professional proficiency in English is a plus.
- Driving license: Needed (Category B)
