Work in SAP systems maintenance service:
Administration of SAP systems based on ABAP, Java, Business Objects.
Oracle, HANA database administration.
Monitoring
Backup and restore
Copying systems and clients
Basic settings
Configuring interfaces
Elimination of incidents
Work on Disaster Recovery
Advising users
Work with operational documentation: development of instructions, regulations, reports, maintaining a register of documents, etc.

Min. 2 years experience
Knowledge of SAP systems architecture: ABAP, Java, Business Objects
Experience in customer service
Experience in administration of SAP systems:
Installation of SAP systems
Update of SAP systems
Monitoring setup
Oracle, HANA database administration: installation, monitoring, updating, reorganization
Backup and recovery: database, application servers
Setting up and ensuring security at the level of SAP, OS, DB
Copy systems
Understanding methods for ensuring fault tolerance of SAP components
Understanding the organization of interfaces in SAP systems
Administration of the change transfer system
Operations automation skills (scripting, etc.)
General knowledge of OS Unix/Linux administration
Ability to write technical documentation
Higher technical education
Sociability
Efficiency and good performance
Willingness to work after hours when recovering from disruptions and to be on duty on weekends when needed to provide support
Written and spoken knowledge of English (is mandatory) and Russian (will be an advantage)
