Manage and lead the Repair division, which includes all production related departments, AM Repair center, Planning and Estimating.
Review financial reports, establish and control budgets for the division
Ensure the effective management personnel and equipment resources to meet the established business objectives.
Focus on driving efficiency and productivity improvements, and the monitoring thereof
Support marketing activities, through establishment and development of relationships with clients
Responsible for achieving your department’s revenue and operating profit targets.
Meet On Time Delivery, Cost of quality other Key Performance Indicators.
Maintain a safety first culture ensuring all activities are executed in a safe and effective manner in compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
Collaborate with the quality department to follow agreed processes and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure market position in repair is maintained or grown and implement strategies to demonstrate OEM value over our competition.
Apply pro-active incisive management skills to maximise business efficiency, achieve cost reductions whilst maintain a quality approach to commercial development.
Provide leadership direction and support to each reporting function, applying a “hands on” approach as required to produce solutions to strategic, operational, technical and commercial challenges.
Drive forward change initiatives which enhance business performance from both a corporate and customer perspective.
Convert conventional attitudes, thinking, business processes and methodologies to accommodate the changing commercial and relationship management demands of customers.
Maintaining regular dialogue with your management, informing and advising on both plus and minus factors impacting on the business. In effect applying a “no surprise” approach to communication.
Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by your line manager.

Tertiary qualification in the Engineering Field, preferably Mechanical, or relevant technical qualification (essential).
Additional Business Management qualifications (desirable).
Approximately 5 years middle to senior management, or project management experience (essential).
Experience within the Oil & Gas industry (desirable).
Working knowledge of repair/service of NOV Rig pressure control and mission product lines (desirable).
Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) (essential).
Working knowledge of engineering drawing access systems and reading technical drawings (essential).
