  • Develop and deliver effective data and information management systems to support operational delivery and monitoring and evaluation to the management board, and stakeholders.
  • Operate and control an effective and efficient process related to digital products and platforms.
  • Monitor the provided services within the SLA framework and report SLA breaching points.
  • Use data such as. KPIs, SLAs to help advise the teams on changes, best practice, simplification, and optimisation.
  • Investigating assigned problems through to resolution or root cause and resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence and communicate process changes to the process users.
  • Manage information and recommend options for implementation of new systems, strategies, programs, services, or initiatives. This may include benchmarking/best practice standards, guidelines, social change initiatives.
  • Responsible for researching, compiling, and maintaining special reports, presentations, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other business directions to ensure cross-programme is carried out in collaboration and consultation with management.
  • Responsible for different communication tasks, ensuring information is cascaded to internal teams.
  • Development of new process and tools for the efficiency upgrades throughout constant process reengineering.
  • Manage analysis of existing policies, processes, programmes and services, proposing where applicable, and implementing improvements in line with operational standards, legislation or organisational requirements.
  • Ensure all options that are recommended for considerations are formed from researched, up to date information and in accordance with business goals and industry best practice.
  • Provide advice from an operational perspective on trends and issues and innovative approaches that may affect budget and expenditure.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of incident and problem management and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinating actions of others as necessary to assist with analysis and resolution actions for problems and known errors.
  • Formulation and inspection of processes that can be easily subjected to audit.
  • Identify risks and opportunities with current business  processes.
  • Investigate and propose process improvements.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Proven project and process management skills including planning, monitoring and achieving milestones and outcomes, using good process optimization and project management practice.
  • Someone who has worked with the Six Sigma rules and Lean methodology of process management.
  • Develop and deliver effective data and information management systems to support operational delivery and monitoring and evaluation to the board, funders and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates high level of financial literacy and capability around budget setting, and monitoring.
  • Ensure the quality of systems and processes is maintained and enhanced. 
  • Proven operations and/or demonstrable senior project management, including budgeting and financial management, contract management, procurement. 
  •  Show a strong value base that supports inclusive ways of working with people from diverse cultural groups.
  • Outstanding writing skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy with the confidence and ability to utilise computers and related technology: Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
