Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual Human Resources reports for the group of companies and submission to senior management
Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
Facilitating implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
Implementation of participation in salary surveys
Assisting HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets
Guiding and assisting with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes
Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
Support for the performance of work on the reward system

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or closely related field
Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible human resources experience
Experience in total rewards, performance management areas of HR
Demonstrated experience in employment law, regulatory knowledge, and reporting compliance
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint and Visio)
