Supporting the availability of POSMs, displays and innovations; and ensuring the efficient usage of these materials by sales team
Controlling product budget splits by setting regular checkpoints for spending versus plans
Preparing monthly analysis (volume, market share, RED, competitor and etc.) and presents to Sales team, to sync marketing and sales teams’ monthly priorities, and get the opportunities as a system
