•               Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence;
•               Set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide professional development opportunities;

•               Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational needs are met;
•               Develop strategies for optimizing working capital and minimizing financial risks;
•               Monitor and manage the company’s financing arrangements and debt structure.

•             Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to support cross-functional initiatives;
•               Build strong relationships with external partners, including major customers and financial institutions.

•               Provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions and strategies;
•              Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to assess potential impacts on financial performance

•        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred);
•        Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly desirable;
•        Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior finance role, with a substantial portion in an FMCG or related industry;
•        Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, trends, and challenges;
•        Comprehensive knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting;
•        Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting;
•        Exceptional leadership and team management skills;
•        Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
•        Effective communication and presentation skills for both financial and non-financial audiences;
•        Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems;
•        Strong command of the English language;
