Key aspects of the role include the daily performing of SAP material movement transactions (Receipt, Issue, Transfer, Write Off) as required;
Completing all stock-in / stock-out transactions with strict adherence to statutory and corporate requirements, including freight-in gross-up, availability of all backups, etc;
Maintaining accuracy of the on-hand inventory count through periodic spot checks, investigations and resolving variances;
Contributing to periodic and ad-hoc reporting internally and externally, e.g. monthly stock-in status reporting, quarterly SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) material reporting, annual Material and Technical requirement reporting to SOCAR HQ, etc;
For all projects, maintains continuous interface with EPC(M) materials personnel concerning matters of master data collection and verification;
Verifying departmental requests towards intercompany material movements;
Responding queries from procurement, warehouse, expediting, contracts, finance and/or project management personnel to ensure prevention of delays associated with each stage of the material in-take and processing.

Degree and / or qualification in Business Administration or related field;
Evidence of trainings and certifications in related field;
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Sector;
Microsoft Office knowledge;
Working experience of SAP ERP (MM Module, PM Module);
