Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Management, control and delivery of major DCMS upgrades, modifications and improvement projects, managing OEMs, vendors and delivering all required products as part of the project process
- Oversight and approval of all OEM, vendor and third-party documentation, activities, and end-products, ensuring adherence to the project criteria
- Providing clear accountability and a point-of-contact for the project delivery process
- Working within the overall framework of the client OMS and eMoC system to ensure compliance at all stages
- Set out strategic way forward for implementation of major projects, with a suitable plan, which aligns with client operational strategy
- Capitalise on shutdowns and windows of opportunity to execute the required work, in order to satisfy the execution plan
- Close cooperation with Turan maintenance and operations personnel to achieve the required levels of coordination and provide visibility at all stages
- Mentorship, oversight and guidance of other maintenance and project personnel, to manage project workloads successfully
- Work closely with the Turan shutdown team to coordinate efforts during shutdown periods
- Reporting to, and liaising with client RE personnel, to ensure that all requirements are met, all challenges are effectively managed, and all concerns are addressed
- Develop and maintain close relationships with OEM, Vendors to deliver objectives in a productive and professional manner
- Maintain contact with expert industry bodies and clients where appropriate to ensure new technologies and processes are incorporated into Turan
- Satisfying the requirements of several stakeholders, both internal and external, in pursuit of the delivery of the project goals
- Ensuring that OEM and vendor activities satisfy the project requirements, and that all activities are completed on time, to the standard required.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Suitable technical qualifications – academic (Master’s degree or similar), professional registration (CEng/IEng or similar) and vocational (CompEx, technological training) qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience in Drilling / Oil & Gas industry / or similar
- Proven understanding of DCMS technologies and principles, and knowledge of automation systems
- Knowledge, and experience of project management techniques, and proven experience in management & delivery of small/medium sized projects
- High level of spoken and written English
- Microsoft Office, Project, CAD, PLC and SCADA skills
- Knowledge of CMMS, eMoC, OMS.
