Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures.
- Ensure all inventory is maintained in accordance with Company Policy and to implement any amendments as authorised by Senior Management.
- Ensure that system and data security is adequately maintained in accordance with Company Policy.
- Assist in Tracking R&M costs versus budget and reporting as necessary.
- Have the necessary skills and ability to review material criticality and act accordingly.
- Ensure that all certification requirements, material classification and all equipment specifications are included in the ordering process.
- Be able to liaise with the offshore Maintenance Supervisors to clarify maintenance material requirements.
- Liaise with Purchasing Department to ensure correct and timely materials ordering is processed.
- Produce weekly reports as required by Turan Management of the status of materials disposal.
- Have excellent supervisory experience and good knowledge of drilling equipment.
- Report to line supervisor any potential hazards and abnormal situations.
- Promptly report to line management, any violation of safety regulations by the personnel, even if this violation has not resulted in an accident
- Ensure that the entire Group’s reporting system data sheets are completed e.g. Maintenance / Repair / Replacement.
- Have excellent Project and Risk Management skills to be able to execute high profile projects.
- Promptly report to line management, project progress status, highlight concerns and potential risks arise from the projects and provide smart and prompt solutions.

- Have necessary drilling maintenance knowledge and skills to enable standalone decision making with regards to offshore maintenance requirements.
- Be proficient and have extensive skills in the following areas:Supply Management; Import/Export Compliance; Quotation Analysis; Budget vs Cost Analysis
- Quotation Analysis; Procurement; Expediting; PO Compliance
- Project and Risk Management
- Have technical ability to discuss with onshore Maintenance Superintendents the day-to-day operations and prioritise as required.
- Minimum experience: Recognised Engineering qualification / Trade qualification papers.
- Recognised Project & Risk Management Qualification / Master’s degree or APM/PMI Certificates.
- Generic skills: Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Excellent Oral and Written Azerbaijani skills.
- Necessary Computer skills.
