- Responsibilities:
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrated IT solutions that align with client requirements. Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to support system integration projects.
- Pre-Sale: Extract and clarify technical requirements and constraints from the documentation, collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand technical requirements and challenges.
- Post-Sale: Develop a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for the implementation phase. Integrate new components or systems seamlessly into the client's existing infrastructure, taking into account compatibility and interoperability.
- System solutions: Configure and troubleshoot server equipment, including storage (SAN/NAS), Server OS and VoIP systems.
- Virtualization: Deploy and manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) to optimize resource utilization.
- Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard systems and networks from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of software and hardware, configurations to implement it in future projects.
- Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies through training and self-study.
- Qualifications:Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing system solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate technical documentation.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to project success.
- Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior system engineers.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or in progress) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience working on a similar position
- Industry certifications such as RHCSA/RHCSE, MSCE/MC WSHAA, CCNP Collaboration, VCP or equivalent certifications from reputable vendors are highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security.
- Expertise in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with storage solutions, including SAN and NAS.
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) are a plus.
- Proficiency in VoIP system configuration, including IP-PBX, SIP, and VoIP protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system and VoIP issues.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications as recommended by the company.
