- Technical Support: Responds to telephone calls, e-mails, tasks on work management system and personal requests, provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- System Integration: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers and network devices. Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support system integration projects.
- Pre-Sale: Assist in Company’s pre-sale activities, including technical documentation analysis.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of software and hardware, configurations to implement it in future projects.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies through training and self-study.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or in progress) is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working on a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Exposure to virtualization technologies is a plus (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting.
