- System solutions: Configure and troubleshoot server equipment, including storage (SAN/NAS), Server OS and VoIP systems.
- Virtualization: Deploy and manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) to optimize resource utilization.
- Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting support to resolve complex technical issues and minimize system downtime.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect client systems and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of software and hardware, configurations to implement it in future projects.
- Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies through training and self-study.
- Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or in progress) is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience working on a similar position
- A CCNP level certification is mandatory. Industry certifications such as CCNP R&S, CCNP Collaboration, CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional), ACMP (Aruba Certified Mobility Professional) or equivalent certifications from reputable vendors are highly desired.
- Advanced understanding of network protocols, security, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with storage solutions, including SAN and NAS.
- Expertise in designing, configuring and managing wired and wireless network infrastructure with Cisco, Aruba or Juniper wireless controllers and APs.
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) are a plus.
- Proficiency in VoIP system configuration, including IP-PBX, SIP, and VoIP protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system and VoIP issues.
