Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Development of Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details
- Responsible for REVIT models, their Coordination and Quality check of the models
- Responsible for implementation of BIM book, creation of BIM library, programming and scripts
- Responsible for the content and precision of the Design, project diagrams and calculations
- Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates.
- Application MUST include CV and Project reference list, Portfolio with previous works (10MB total)
- REVIT skills will be checked, REVIT and Navisworks certificates are a plus
- Knowledge of professional standards and codes is a must, Professional Licences is a plus
- Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude
- Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred
- Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Design Manager directly
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor or Master degree from Architectural/Engineering Faculty
- MUST have minimum 4+ years of post-diploma professional experience in design development
- MUST have experience in Concept, Permit and Detailed Design as BIM modeller/coordinator
- MUST have Proficiency in Revit, with min. 3 years of active design development with this software
- MUST have previous experience in BIM Coordination of all disciplines (MEP, STR, ARCH, TECH…)
- Previous experience in Project Design Management and Design coordination is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Auto CAD, Adobe CS, Postproduction and Rendering software
- Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
