Designing and executing strategies to increase driver engagement and retention while managing our high performing, Azerbaijan team
Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: drivers; fleet owners; unions; regulators; government officials; local communities etc.)
Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures
Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Azerbaijan
Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics
Taking ownership of Bolt's growth in Azerbaijan by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives
Advocating and elevating Bolt's brand, product and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry
Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition
Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business
Analysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders

You have 3+ years of experience in an operations management or general management role
You have 5+ years experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial position
You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English & Azerbaijani negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day
You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing
You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Finance or other analytical subject
You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions
