- Manage day-to-day operations of the information systems by monitoring network performance configuration, maintenance, and repair
- Troubleshooting network level hardware and software problems.
- Lead problem-solving efforts often involving outside ISPs and other support personnel and/or organizations.
- First line support for network related requests
- Assist Helpdesk team on troubleshooting client connections issues.
- Participate in the development, delivery, and support of IT infrastructure systems, tools and technologies according İT Development targets/plans.
- Documenting infrastructure systems including hardware and software systems.
- Preparation of guides for basic network troubleshoot scenarios.
- Perform notification about business-affected problems on the network in time.
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance works.
- Perform regular backup of system and configurations files.
- Carry out duties according to IT policy and procedures.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in information technologies or related fields;
- 5+ years’ experience in network administration, with a minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing network
- Fluent level of spoken and written in English
- Experience in Cybersecurity and Cloud (Cisco WSA, ESA, ISE)
- Experience implementing and managing SD-WAN, SD-Access technologies.
- Strong knowledge in security fundamentals: secure transport (e.g., SSL, TLS), identity management (e.g., certificates, PKI)
- Solid understanding of network operating systems
- Understand datacenter networking topologies and common architecture deployed Layer 2 and Layer 3 based
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, including ip services, LAN switching, routing and security
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, EGRP, VxLAN, GRE)
- Understanding of BGP and other routing protocols used within the data center environment
- Configuration management expertise with Cisco lOS and hardware. Prior experience installing, configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and switches is required.
- Ability to design, implement and operate network technologies in mixed environments from on-premises to public cloud. (e.g., AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Experience with the configuration and management of network firewalls is required. (ASA, Firepower)
- Experience with Wireless infrastructure, (Cisco WCL, Cisco AP, Ubiquiti, Red Line) implementation, and configuration is required.
- Experience with VoiP infrastructure, (CME, CUCM, IM&P UCCX, CUP, Tandberg, Webex) implementation, and configuration is required.
- Experience with Virtual Private Networks and the various protocols and implementations is required.
- Experienced in Network security platforms, including segmentation, ACLs, DPI, DDoS protection, iptables, ipsec, VPN, IDS, firewall management platforms, switch ACLs, stateful firewalls, network segmentation, security zones
- Knowledge of the following technologies: Network Virtualization Concepts, Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
- Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g Python, Perl)
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
- Professional networking certifications a plus - CCNA/CCNP/CCDP or similar
- Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, firewalls, load balancers hubs, switches, UPSs, and other hardware
- Configure, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
- Architecting, creating, managing and maintaining Network, Server and PC health for clients (as defined by SLA)
