- Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems
- Designing and testing automation equipment and processes
- Programming new automated components
- Identifying quality issues and writing reports
- Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development
- Installation, start-up/commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, documenting of a wide variety of industrial instrumentation
- Electronic monitoring, metering, controlling and signaling devices used in the production of goods and services with the lead of the Company Engineer
- Maintain optimum electrical and process control equipment facilities to meet the established objectives of the business
- Must be able to troubleshoot automation controls, document adjustments made, increase machine reliability, perform the physical work necessary for automation implementation and maintenance, and any other duty related to controls and machine reliability.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to train and guide them through troubleshooting measures
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations (Internal & External) and applicable Company standards
- Record all electrical power distribution and automation modifications and update the appropriate drawings as per company specifications
- Ensure process instruments are properly calibrated and functional
- Maintain liaisons with other departments, disciplines, and facilities to provide necessary support and maintenance for optimal company operations
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering / Automation Systems
- 3 years of experience in Automation systems
- Upper intermediate level of English language
- Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinking skills
- Knowledge of reporting/documentation.
