  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant Client / Company Management System Procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to the Client/ Company Safety Policy.
  • Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and actioned.
  • Carry out any safety training, for which qualified, as requested by management, including safety indications.
  • Attend safety meetings and monitor points raised to ensure remedial action is taken where required.
  • Provide relevant information on Health, Safety and Environment Policies to employees.
  • Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars and courses when required.
  • Maintain and produce health, safety and environmental statistics and records and monitor safe storage.
  • Take all reasonable care to ensure the health and safety of themselves and persons likely to be affected by their acts or omissions.
  • Ensure that HSE Management Systems and processes are continually fit for purpose and are suitable and sufficient.
  • Propose and implement practical safety, health and environmental improvement projects in liaison with Rig Superintendent / QHSE coordinators and line personnel.
  • Carry out regular inspections, assessments and audits in line with Client / Company Policy and to recommend remedial actions in writing, as appropriate.
  • To advise personnel on HSE systems, processes and procedures.
  • Assist in preparation and review of all safety documentation.
  • Where required as Action Party, close out Actions in a timely manner.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Recognised Safety qualification/ University Degree / Trade qualification papers.
  • Minimum experience: Experience working in offshore QHSE field (desirable)
  • 3+ years of experience in HSE field.
  • Generic skills: Commitment to safe working practices, policies and legislation.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
